Hi Juman,

Can you please give us a bit more information.

1) Are you looking at a particular area in the US?
2) Is there a reason why you are looking for a community college vs a regular university?
3) Do you have any idea which field you might be interested in pursuing your undergraduate studies?

is there a associate degree from community college in texes

The best one in Texas is Austin Community college (ACC), you can obtain all required information from their web site, and I guess the admission is relatively easy, with TOEFL. Minimum scores of: paper: 530; Internet-based: 71. IELTS minimum academic band score required 5.5. And you need to show $19000 financial support per year.

We'll wait someone with information on California community colleges.

All community colleges offer associate degrees. There are a few good community colleges in San Jose area. Deanza, Mission College are a few good ones. You can go onto the websites and see what program you want to take and also see what courses can be transfered to a 4 year college. Let me know if you need anything else. you can email me at jmarambe@hotmail.com.
